Executive
This committee will act for the full board as required to make critical decisions that must be made before the next Board meeting.

Financial Affairs
The responsibility of this committee is to annually review the financial affairs of the organization and report finds to the board of directors. This committee will also recommend an annual budget to the board, monitor committee expenditures, and monitor financial health of ICTM. The committee will also be charged with the creation of a sub-committee for grants to solicit applications to grant programs from students and teachers.

Strategic Planning
The responsibility of this committee is the on-going review of organization and setting its direction.

Publications Advisory
The committee will review publications to be sure they meet the needs of all constituents, and review publications appearance and distribution.

Conference Advisory
This committee will plan ICTM conferences including the theme, budget, speakers, promotion, and reporting status to the board or directors.

Nominating
The committee is responsible for the solicitation of nominees for ICTM offices.
Chair: Heather Hart

Publicity
The committee is charged with managing media contacts, web site maintanence, publicity of annual conference and math contests, and distribition of ICTM Awards for Outstanding Achievement.

Math Contest
The committee will review the Indiana State Math Contest program and provide assistance in the implementation of that program annually.

Professional Development Committee
The committee will research and implement opportunities for professional development for Indiana's teachers beyond our annual conference and explore and manage grant opportunities that would be beneficial to mathematics education in Indiana.
